Surface Finishing

We offer comprehensive surface finishing services for metals and steel structures in Újezd u Brna. Thanks to our own blasting facility, phosphating line and industrial paint shop, we can provide individual technological operations as standalone services as well as complete preparation and final surface finishing of products.

Our technological facilities allow us to process large and heavy structures, welded assemblies and individual metal parts. We carry out orders according to specific customer requirements, with an emphasis on high-quality surface preparation, precise workmanship and a long service life of the final surface finish.

Blasting Facility

Blasting provides thorough cleaning and surface preparation of steel structures and welded assemblies before further surface treatment. It removes impurities and creates a suitable surface for subsequent painting.

Phosphating Line

Phosphating is a chemical pretreatment of metal parts before painting. It prepares the surface for the subsequent application of a coating system and contributes to the quality and durability of the final surface finish.

Industrial Paint Shop

We provide industrial wet painting of steel structures and metal parts. We offer primer and top coats, epoxy and polyurethane coating systems, and finishes in the required RAL colours. A crane with a lifting capacity of up to 4 tonnes facilitates the handling of larger components.
